All products on our website are handmade, and we take every effort to ensure that our stock is accurately represented. However, due to the nature of our business, some items may go out of stock or have limited availability. We may offer pre-orders for products that are out of stock. 

2. Customization 

We offer customization services on most of our products. For custom orders, please contact us via Instagram using the link provided on the website. Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 3. Ordering and Payment 

All orders must be placed through our online store(except customization orders). We accept only online payments through secure payment gateways.

 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly; however, shipping times may vary due to product availability, customization requests, or location. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery status.

 5. Returns and Exchanges

 We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required to process the claim. Non-customized products may be eligible for return or exchange, but this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 6. Handmade Products Disclaimer

 All products are handmade, and slight imperfections or variations may be present, which contribute to the unique charm of each piece. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent nature of handmade items.

 7. Minimum Order Value

 The minimum order value is ₹200, excluding shipping costs.

 8. Loyalty and Rewards

 Second-time customers who leave a review from their first purchase will be rewarded with a freebie as a thank-you gesture.
